Diwali Celebrations 2025

Carers led a series of traditional dances, joined by residents who were eager to take part. The atmosphere was electric — full of rhythm, applause, and laughter. Several residents, including some of the home’s oldest members, cheered enthusiastically from their chairs, clapping along to the beat and encouraging the dancers throughout.

Many attendees dressed up for the occasion, adding even more colour and sparkle to the afternoon. The shared excitement was clear to see, with smiles and conversation flowing easily among residents and staff alike.

The celebration concluded with tea and a selection of traditional Indian sweets, giving everyone a chance to relax and reflect on a joyful afternoon.
